One hands-on course, three days: drive one agent well, teach it your standards, then multiply it into a production system. Every learner leaves with a working personal toolkit — CLAUDE.md, a custom skill, a hook, a custom command, and a published plugin — plus a capstone multi-agent build with a green CI check. How the course flows

Twelve labs chain into one final artifact — your personal Claude Code toolkit repo.

  • Day 1 — Foundations: the agentic loop, native install & models, CLAUDE.md & memory, context mastery, checkpoints & rewind, permission modes incl. Auto, cost, git & PRs.
  • Day 2 — Your standards: skills, hooks (27 events), custom commands, plugins & marketplaces — package and publish your own toolkit.
  • Day 3 — Production: MCP, nested subagents & agent teams, headless CI/CD with cost controls, caching & worktrees, capstone build.
